You must be 18 or older to purchase a ticket. Tickets cannot be purchased in the name of a minor.
Your ticket purchase will be listed as Activ Foundation on your credit card statement.
Activ (a genU company) have a privacy policy which can be reviewed at www.activ.asn.au/privacy/. All credit card details are secure using end to end encryption. Activ does not sell or share any personal data with any other third parties.
Requests for ticket refunds will need written approval from the Department of Racing, Gaming and Liquor and this process may take several weeks. Refunds cannot be issued after the prize draws have been completed .
It is a condition of entry that prize winners agree to have their name, suburb and photo published for publicity purposes. We include this condition to ensure high levels of transparency and trust.
Weekly Escape Lottery:
Prize draws will take place every Tuesday at 10am (AWST)
The prize draws will take place at Activ Foundation (a genU company) Head Office in Wembley.
A representative from Activ (a genU company) will call and email all prize winners directly.
Prize winners will be published on www.weeklyescapelottery.com.au within 48 hours after the prize draws have been completed.
