Why Join?: As an Activ Club member we’ll reserve your selected number of tickets every month. You’ll never miss out on tickets again! Plus, you will be included in exclusive member only competitions, invitations to VIP events, special giveaways, discounts to Activ events including the Chevron City to Surf for Activ and much more.
When will the members-only prize draw take place?: Each week there will be a members only draw to win $1,000. These draws will take place each Friday during a lottery. Please note that this draw date will not be affected by ticket sales (or the sell-out) of the Car For A Cause Lottery and is drawn as scheduled.
How do I update my membership?: Please call 1300 270 771 or email us on lotteries@genu.org.au to update any details on your membership.
How do I cancel my membership?: You can cancel your membership at any time. Simply call us on 1300 270 771 or email lotteries@genu.org.au.
Can I skip a lottery?: Yes, you can skip one lottery without cancelling your membership.
Call or email us on lotteries@genu.org.au prior to launch of the upcoming lottery.
How often do the lotteries run?: The Weekly Escape Lottery is drawn every week. Activ Club Members are automatically debited for Weekly Escape Lottery tickets every Tuesday. Additionally, they are debited for the Better Odds and Car For a Cause Lotteries on the third Tuesday of each month. Members can pause or cancel their membership at any time.
